It's Our's

Today was a day for celebration. After a year and a half of waiting we finally signed the papers to make our house we have been living in ours. It has been a long road. Even though we felt strongly that it would work out, there were times it tried our patience.

Our mortgage broker said he has been doing this for 30 years, and he has never seen this situation. It has broken several of his records. It took the longest (1 1/2 years to close), 3 appraisals, 2 termite inspections, 4 purchase agreements and was reduced by $90,000 from beginning to end (thanks economy!)

Now we can finally do some of the projects that we have been wanting to do. Watch out home improvement centers... Here we come!
