Nathan's Birthday

Nathan turned 14 today. He is officially turning into a young man. He had two friends spend the night last night, J.R. and Jacob. Today we have just kind of hung out and done chores.

Nathan always chooses to have Fettuccine Alfredo for his birthday dinner. Last year we went to Olive Garden and this year we kept the tradition.
This year we decided that we had to have them sing to him. There were actually several birthdays there. His was the third or fourth birthday song sung.
We came home and gave him his presents. He got money from both grandparents that he hasn't spent yet. We gave him a new bike. He and a couple of his friends ride to school every day. He has been borrowing CJ's since his was stolen last year. He got a new lock to go with it too!
The one thing he asked for was a new set of scriptures. He wanted a quad which is a four in one. We got his name put on them and he was really happy with that.
After presents we had birthday cake. He had German chocolate this year. Just a small family party.
