Shoe Shopping

After we got the garden planted we got cleaned up and I took the boys shoe shopping. All of us were in desperate need of athletic shoes. CJ and I both picked out a pair. Nathan came over with these and really wanted them. They were on sale for $7. I told him that that wouldn't be very good for PE and he needed something a little more sturdy. He really wanted them and so he went and found another regular pair on sale for $16 that were good for PE. Both pair were still cheaper than the single pair that CJ and I had picked out.

I had to laugh. He thought that they were so cool. All of a sudden he is getting more fashion conscience. Must be those teenage ideas kicking in...
