Mango Mango

I spent the evening taking care of more fruit. I made another 4 quarts of strawberry jam. I had bought a case of mangos last week with my basket. They were just perfectly ripe. I had 24 small ones. I peeled, chopped them and put them on two cookie sheets in a single layer. I will freeze them and then put them in ziplock bags. We will be able to use them in smoothies or yogurt this summer.
