HCG Diet

I'm not sure what persuaded Chris to do it, but he is doing the same diet that I have. I have just finished my second round and he is starting today. I keep telling him that he will be fine. He won't starve. He only wants to lose about 25lbs. I think that it is going to come off really quickly. It is so much easier for men. He starts the loading today. Everyone's favorite part.
