Saturday Night Ole'

After the pool party we went to Thomas and Jer's and hung out for the afternoon. For dinner we had Mexican food. Mom made Chicken Sopa, Kelli made red enchilada casserole and Scott made homemade salsa. It only had 3 ingredients, but none of us could stay away from it. We went through a 3lb bag of chips and 2 batches of salsa. I had him give me the recipe. I can't wait to make it at home.
