CJ's A Deacon

CJ became a decon today. They did the ordination in priesthood meeting. He will be able to pass the sacrament next week. Chris ordained him. Bishop Hansen and his second counselor, Bro. Wright were there, and both of CJ's scout leaders, Cameron Hansen and Garrett Bull.

I walked out of the room and started to cry. My kids are growing up way to fast all of a sudden. I was glad they didn't see me though. They would have given me a hard time about it.

CJ, I hope that you realize what a gift the priesthood is. Always hold that gift sacred. It literally is the power to do God's work here on the earth. With it you will be able to bless many lives, especially your own.
